After getting back from Sturgis 2009 I had a ton of photos to go through. Time beat me to this process. After getting to read some of the next magazines to hit the shelves I realized I had missed the bus. Many had photos just like mine in them, but taken by someone else. Had I utilized my time better I might have made the presses with my shots. I am going to work on getting some better software for organizing and processing photos. Too much of my time is spent on going over photos after a long shoot. Also, the next time I hit the road for a week I will find a way to sort photos on the road. Maybe take my computer with or find a place to access a computer to upload the good ones for quicker processing after I get home, or for sharing during the same time period. I have a lot to learn still about covering large events like Sturgis.
